So that we may serve you better, have the following information ready:

  • Company name, phone number, & support contract number
  • Product version, registration or serial numbers, server ID’s (SUID’s)
  • Type of hardware and serial numbers
  • Network environment, operating systems, etc.
  • A concise description of the nature of the problem. If possible, provide a scenario which we may use to reproduce the problem.

Customers Without a Support Plan:

Call Sales at (800) 233-3619 or email to order support and maintenance. You may purchase support and maintenance directly from One Touch for most software and hardware products available. You may also order upgrades or net new solutions.
