In 2002, One Touch Global Technologies integrated its first Esker DeliveryWare solution for one office of the leading travel organizations in the world. The project scope consisted of fax enabling the reservation system to increase the speed and efficiency of delivering travel reservations and confirmations to agents and customers via fax and email. Since that time, we have methodically expanded the solution to all offices on the North American continent. With the power of Esker DeliveryWare, the project continues to evolve.

While this particular product of the Esker product line began as a fax server solution in 2000 under the name of FaxGate, today Esker DeliveryWare is much more than a fax server. It is truly an enterprise class solution that provides intelligent document delivery of fax, email, USPS mail, wireless message, and web publishing via XML/HTML from any HOST, ERP or CRM application.

Esker DeliveryWare takes business data from an SAP system and distributes them in the receivers' preferred format and delivery method.
